Only the best Coffee Bites ever!

When it comes to coffee, I like (almost) everything about it.

The smell, the taste, the thought of it. 

Really though, just the thought of my first cup of coffee in the morning...indescribable.

I love how it fuels me...yes...body mind and soul.

Black coffee, bulletproof coffee, buttered coffee, cinnamon coffee, made-by-my-husband coffee, cardamom coffee, New York coffee, heck, I even love a bad cup of coffee sometimes. 

There is just one little thing that I don't like about this little black bean that is adored and loved by all of us. 

And that's how my body reacts after the delicious spike of energy caused by caffeine. 

I get coffee dependent and if I don't give my body what she wants, she punishes me with headaches. So I have to keep my coffee intake at a minimum of two mugs a week in order to steer away from the side effects.

This is where the coffee bites come in, they are packed with butter, coconut oil, MCT oil and lots of gelatine.

These little cubes of heaven give me just that little bit of caffeine to keep me in a state of high performance while they nourish my body with lots of healthy stuff!

And they are so incredible delicious.

ORGANIC COFFEE BITES

1 cup hot fresh brewed organic coffee
1 tbsp grass fed butter
1 tbsp organic coconut oil
1 tsp organic vanilla powder
5 tbsp grass fed gelatin
Sweeten to taste with stevia, honey or maple syrup

Blend all in your blender until mixed well and frothy. Pour into candy molds and put in the fridge until set.
