Support those adrenals with these six drinks!

Let's talk adrenals today shall we.

I have mentioned before that at the end of last year I had a hair mineral analysis done. Some of you think this is BS, but I'm not one of those people.  I got so much valuable information from that test and it was well worth having cut off a little piece of hair. A hair mineral analysis test reveals your mineral deficiencies and heavy metal toxicity. The result that I got back were really profound and have helped me dialled in the diet changes and supplements that are beneficial for me.

One of the things that was very clear to me was that my adrenals were exhaust, which is not strange as a coffee loving world traveler. Both traveling and stimulants like coffee and yes also cacao can be hard on our adrenals, and I have enjoyed all three of them a lot.

When we suffer from adrenal fatigue, our immune system is weakened, we are not able to handle stress very well, and although we're constantly tired, we can't sleep. Most of the time we try to fix this with stimulants and cravings for salty foods, which of course only makes it worse.

So....it's important to take good care of our adrenals!
