These words by Denby Royal totally rocked my world!
"I want things differently now. Not the physical activity if wanting different things. But in a radical shift in the act of WANTING itself. The 'whys' and 'hows' of wanting. I want to eat fresh tomatoes everyday. I want my bum to always remain rotund. I want to wear clothing that moves with my body. I want shoes that free my feet from shoe coffins. I want sun-kissed skin all the time. I want to be self-sufficient and always this stubborn. I want to leave blank walls in my home because I like how the sun hits the chips in the paint. I want to be outside more than inside. I want to explore the world not because I dislike my community but because travelling gets me so fucking fired up I could explode. I want to eat food that nourishes me but never deprives me of taste and satisfaction (read: butter). I want to keep wearing the same denim jacket for another 8 years because #repairingiscaring & also pretty cool. I want to continue wanting to eat up life and drink all it's juicy bits. I want you to want differently too."
If you suffer from anxiety, this article is really helpful.

The Abundance Loop: How to Develop a Powerful Abundance Mentality That Attracts Wealth Effortlessly --> "To help you with this, I invite you to visualize an image with me. Take a moment to clear your mind and relax. Take a couple of slow, deep breaths. Now I want you to imagine that the company you work for has shut down and you are out of a job. Imagine that every dollar you have in the bank is now gone; and you lost your home, your car, and all your belongings. Then imagine that you lost your partner, your family, your friends, and your pets; and you also had to move from your community. And just for the sake of this exercise, let’s keep going and imagine that you have also lost your health, your limbs, your sight, your hearing, your speech, and your ability to read, write, smell, and taste."
