I have mentioned before that at the end of last year I had a hair mineral analysis done. Some of you think this is BS, but I'm not one of those people. The result that I got back were really profound and have helped me dialled in the diet changes and supplements that are beneficial for me.
One of the things that was very clear to me was that my adrenals were exhaust, which is not strange as a coffee loving world traveler. Both traveling and stimulants like coffee and yes also cacao can be hard on our adrenals, and I have enjoyed all three of them a lot.
