A year of slow living.
One of the biggest lessons for me last year was allowing myself to slow down. Really slow down, so my spirit could rest and recharge. Making space to get back into alignment with who I am and what makes me happy.
But I didn’t do this alone, I have been inspired by incredible souls whose words guided me along the way to a slower pace of life, a more natural rhythm. I discovered that by slowing down I was more productive, felt happier, regained my strength and my drive. It nourished my body and soul, and I was able to chase my dreams with more joy.
This whole year, on every new moon, I will share one of these inspirational humans with you on the blog. They will dive deeper into how they practice slow living and what is sacred to them. At the end of the year all of their beautiful shares will be combined in a digital magazine for you that you can download and read whenever you feel like. We encourage you to slow down and be reminded that we are happiest when we match our pace to the pace of nature.
