Combine all ingredients, blend and drink 30 minutes before bedtime.
Golden Turmeric Drink
2 cups raw milk or nut milk (warm)
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of raw honey
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
3 cardamon pods
a small pinch of ground or fresh ginger

Combine all ingredients, blend and enjoy.
